### Done
- **`9d419fe`**: mobile card layouts for the members + payments tables. Table is `hidden md:block`; under `md` a stacked card list renders the same data + key actions reusing existing handlers/dialogs (members: approve/edit/certs/cards/forms/remove; payments: link member). Desktop unchanged.
### Remaining from the chosen backlog
- **Bulk member actions**: multi-select (table + cards) + a `bulkApproveMembers` server action (Zod, one batched call — avoid N round-trips) + sticky selected-count bar. Moderate; clear value for spaces with many `unverified` joiners.
- **a11y AA sweep (targeted)**: first verify sonner already renders an aria-live region (it does by default → that item is satisfied); then add `aria-label` + ≥24px target size to prominent icon-only buttons + visible focus ring. Do as a focused pass, not a blind global edit.
- **`PageHeader` dedupe** (~21 hand-rolled headers): DEPRIORITIZED — mechanical, high churn, no user-visible value, risky without browser test. Skip unless explicitly requested.
- Deferred by user: product spine (Stripe dues → notifications → self-serve portal).

- LOCAL & undeployed: pass-38 (1 commit + this docs). **Awaiting deploy approval** (no migration). After deploy: open members/payments on a narrow viewport — cards, not a clipped table. Default ASK-before-deploy.
