Lars Weiler c0959bdf22 fix: Some more redirects to BNetzA pages 
It's easier to track the volatile BNetzA links in one place if they need to be changed. 

Changes in our website will be handled in another pull request.

stefan 0239b9a77e fix: use redirect instead of permanent for BNetzA URL 
Consistent with existing BNetzA entries which use 302 redirects
since their URLs may change.

stefan ad14e2b3e3 fix: add missing URL shortener entries 
Add 6 short URLs used in 50ohm.de content:
- /aprs -> aprs.fi
- /psk -> pskreporter.info
- /rbn -> reversebeacon.net
- /wsprn -> wsprnet.org
- /ebemfv -> BNetzA BEMFV PDF
- /schwk -> Wikipedia Schwingkreis
