fix: Some more redirects to BNetzA pages

It's easier to track the volatile BNetzA links in one place if they need to be changed.
Changes in our website will be handled in another pull request.

Consistent with existing BNetzA entries which use 302 redirects
since their URLs may change.

Add 6 short URLs used in 50ohm.de content:
- /aprs -> aprs.fi
- /psk -> pskreporter.info
- /rbn -> reversebeacon.net
- /wsprn -> wsprnet.org
- /ebemfv -> BNetzA BEMFV PDF
- /schwk -> Wikipedia Schwingkreis
