SuperminarenandClaude Sonnet 5.5 9a8528c09a Fix remaining German labels in drawings 731, 847 and 471 
- 731 (atmosphere layers): axis label "Höhe" -> "Höjd"
- 847, 471 (spectrum): "Terahertzstrahlung" -> "Terahertzstrålning"
- 847 alt-text now quotes the Swedish labels shown in the picture
- SVGs regenerated

SuperminarenandClaude Sonnet 5.5 f7fa8cfbc1 Swedish adaptation: Instegscertifikat and HAREC content 
- Sections and slides rewritten in Swedish; German law and institutions replaced by
  Swedish/CEPT/ITU equivalents (PTS, SSA, PTSFS 2025:1, SSMFS 2008:18), unverified
  statements marked "% TODO VERIFY"
- New toc: INSTEG, HAREC, UPPGRADERING; section idents are Swedish (see ident-map.tsv)
- Exam-question tags, BNetzA question pool, solutions and the German SWL course removed
- Static pages, snippets, applets, READMEs and image alt-texts translated
- TikZ labels translated; SVG drawings regenerated (drawing 689 still fails to build
  upstream: it references a missing photo)
- Changed from the original: not endorsed by DARC e.V., SSA or PTS

Lars Weiler ef33ed9711 update: Folien Klasse E Kapitel 01 (Elektrische Schwingungen und Funkwellen) an Webseite angleichen 
Inhalte, Fragen und Formatierung der Folien mit contents/sections abgeglichen
und im 16:10-Vollbild auf Ueberlauf geprueft. Struktur (Fragen, Bilder, Tabellen)
war bereits deckungsgleich.

zehnerpotenzen: Merkregel zur Zehnerpotenz (so oft mit 10 multiplizieren wie der
Exponent, Nullen anhaengen) und Hinweis auf die Bedienungsanleitung ergaenzt,
Vorschau auf spaetere Einheiten (V/A/W/Ohm) ergaenzt, Aussprache-Hinweis aus
<note> in sichtbaren Stichpunkt geholt, Mikrovolt-Beispiel ergaenzt, Tabellenkopf
an die Section angeglichen, fehlerhafte LaTeX-Bildunterschrift korrigiert.
Beispiel-Fragment und Taschenrechner-Screenshot auf eigene Folien ausgelagert,
damit nichts ueberlaeuft.

formeln_umstellen: einleitende Folien zum Zusammenhang der beiden zugeschnittenen
Groessengleichungen aus Klasse N und zur Notwendigkeit des Umstellens in Klasse
E/A ergaenzt, Erklaerung der Strich-Operator-Schreibweise aus <note> sichtbar
gemacht, durchgerechnetes Zahlenbeispiel (2,069 m -> 145 MHz) und Ausblick-Folie
ergaenzt, <indepth>-Inhalte nur noch als <note>-Verweis.

wellenlaenge_2: Loesungshinweise (Bandnamen) aus <note> in sichtbare Stichpunkte
mit den konkreten Bandgrenzen aus der Section umgewandelt, allgemeine Regel zum
Rechnen in Grundeinheiten sichtbar ergaenzt, fehlenden Rechenschritt bei EB312
ergaenzt.
