I replaced some more volatile BNetzA links with our URL-Shortener, so that we need to change those in place only.

Lars Weiler 902c7356fd Updated some links 
I replaced some links where we have Short-URLs already. It will be easier to track those volatile BNetzA links in one place than in several.

Will change the rest as soon as another pull request is done.

Without the protocol prefix, markdown renders these as relative
paths instead of external links to the URL shortener.

Andreas Krüger 67f10155d8 Warn about using the DARCdown tags like one would a normal HTML tag: Need to stand on a line of their own. 
Learned this from https://github.com/DARC-e-V/50ohm/issues/83#issuecomment-3868064173 but consider it is better documented here.
