Lars Weiler 12b33ce50a feat: Eselsbrücken-Tabellen bei internationale_landeskenner ergänzt 
Beide Tabellen (europäische und weitere internationale Landeskenner)
waren bisher komplett ausgelassen, obwohl sie prüfungsrelevante
Eselsbrücken enthalten. Da sie zu groß für eine einzelne Folie sind,
wird die europäische Tabelle auf 3 und die internationale auf 2 Folien
aufgeteilt (kleinere Schrift, je eigene Tabellenreferenz), platziert vor
den Fragen wie in der Web-Sektion.

Lars Weiler d463ce6cd7 update: Folien Klasse N Kapitel 4 (Internationaler Funkbetrieb) an Webseite angleichen 
Inhalte, Fragen und Formatierung der Folien mit contents/sections abgeglichen:
fehlende ITU-Regionen-Tabelle bei itu_regionen ergänzt (Fragen VA403-405
fragen direkt danach ab), Bezeichnung ECC-Empfehlung vs. ECC Report bei
funken_im_ausland korrigiert, kleinere Grammatikkorrektur bei
internationale_landeskenner und Abstände um Überschriften/Fragenfolien
vereinheitlicht.
